Cancellations
Cancellations may not be allowed if the products ordered have left our premises (as determined by the circumstances and in the opinion of the Director (Brizzie Baskets & Blooms).
Cancellation of any order will attract an administration fee (5% minimum).

Substitution Policy
Gift Presentations:
Styles and types of containers may vary and include cane baskets and trays, tin tubs, timber and cardboard boxes and pots.
ALL items, including containers, food and beverages are subject to stock availability. However, we guarantee any substitution will be of equal or greater value.
We cannot guarantee that cancelations or alterations to contents or delivery details eg. time change, can always be actioned, therefore a cost may be incurred by the purchaser.
Flower Arrangements:
Every effort is made to create our floral arrangements to the same shape, size, flower variety and colour as pictured. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Flowers of a similar shape, size and value but different type and colour may be used if other flowers in the arrangement substitute for that colour and the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained.
In arrangements of a single flower variety (e.g. rose bouquet), the flower variety will take precedence over colour but we will call to discuss your order first.
We encourage our customers to indicate a second choice in the order form next to 'Special instructions' to allow for any difficulty in supplying the order to exact specification.

Customisation

Peak Periods
Substitution of goods and containers and delivery of gifts as stated above may be more prevalent at peak periods, particularly Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Also during these peak times it is not always possible to customise gift baskets and hampers.
The last delivery of gift baskets and hampers outside of the South East Queensland area is 4 working days prior to Christmas day.
The last delivery of gift baskets and hampers outside Brisbane is 2 working days prior to Christmas day.
Brizzie Baskets & Blooms closes for two (2) weeks during the Christmas - New Year period. Any purchases made after the cut-off times will be delivered on our return.
However - please be assured that every effort is made to fulfill your requirements as requested.
Purchase of Gifts Containing Alcohol
It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Brizzie Baskets & Blooms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our staff may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of purchase and / or delivery.
We deliver alcohol in gifts anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please call us on 1300 055 439.

Quality Complaints
At Brizzie Baskets we pride ourselves on the quality of our gift presentations. However, if you do have an issue with your gift please let us know. Complaints must be received within two weeks of delivery. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints.
